be available for both of the 2 day course. Each day has a different
focus, either on blind wine tasting, wine theory or wine program
management.
How
should I prepare for the Workshop?
Ideally, knowing your strengths and weaknesses
in wine tasting, wine theory and wine management will help us identify
how we can help you the most during the workshop. The workshop requires
a high level of participation on your part, so it’s best to
come each day with a good night’s sleep and having had a good
breakfast.
